Cynthia Dillard Ince (Cindy) is your neighborhood attorney. She is a sixth-generation Texan and has lived most of her life in the Parker/Palo Pinto area. She graduated from Mineral Wells High School as salutatorian in 1976 and received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University in May of 1988 with a 4.0 GPA. She attended Baylor University School of Law and obtained her juris doctorate in 1991. She has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1992.
After finishing law school, Cindy first worked at Heart of Texas Legal 云南福彩网app官方下载 in Waco and then joined Bailey & Galyen for the first time in September 1994. She subsequently worked for the Tarrant County Domestic Relations Office as a child support prosecutor from 2005 until her retirement in June of 2019. Cindy returned to Bailey & Galyen as the managing attorney of the Weatherford office on July 1, 2019.
Cindy has extensive family law experience and handles divorce, adoption, child custody matters, child support enforcement, and CPS cases. She has tried thousands of cases and also handled wills, personal injury cases, and criminal cases.
Cindy is very active in the community and is a lifetime member of Eleventh Avenue Church in Mineral Wells. She often speaks to the community regarding adoptions and CPS matters and has volunteered as a mentor for younger attorneys.
Cody Jordan was born and raised in Texas. Cody lived in the same Saginaw area 云南福彩网app官方下载 from his birth until the time he graduated from Boswell High School and went off to college. He attended the University of North Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Radio, Television and Film. Cody worked in the field of television sales before moving forward with his desire to be an attorney.

A fifth-generation North Texan, Patrick McCarty grew up in the Oak Cliff section of Dallas. After graduating with honors from the University of Houston, and two years of graduate study at the University of York, England, he moved to Oregon and worked in a variety of fields before settling on law as his career path.
Christine Clary was raised in Bridgeport, Texas and graduated from Bridgeport High School. She discovered a passion for law while working in her father’s law firm and competing in speech and debate tournaments on the weekends.
Mr. Kennedy is a native Houstonian with more than 13 years of trial and appellate experience. He built a practice that focused on family, criminal, personal injury and probate law. He has tried over 50 cases, both criminal and civil, to a jury. Mr. Kennedy believes that there are no one-size-fits-all solutions because everyone’s legal issue is unique and personal. He provides vigorous representation for his clients with an eye toward finding creative solutions to complex problems. Mr. Kennedy has experience representing clients in Harris, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Montgomery and Waller counties. Mr. Kennedy was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2005 and is licensed to practice in all state courts.
Ms. Sanchez received her Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She graduated cum laude in 1985. From there, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 1989.
Melissa Mozingo is a graduate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. She has practiced family law since 2004. As an attorney, Melissa brings a compassionate and diligent approach to her clients. When a settlement cannot be reached, she takes the battle to the courtroom. She is passionate about defending her clients’ interests in every case and enjoys the challenges that come with difficult cases.
